SDMO Industries (a legal entity in France under the Rehlko brand for EMEA) is committed to promoting professional equality and intends to advance actions in favor of gender equality and parenthood within Rehlko’s activities. In accordance with the “Avenir professionnel” law of September 5, 2018, SDMO Industries publishes the 2025 index result based on 2024 data.

The overall score of the gender equality index for 2025 is 85/100.

The details are as follows:

  • Gender pay gap: 35/40

  • Difference in individual raise rates (excluding promotions): 20/20

  • Difference in promotion rates: 15/15

  • Percentage of female employees receiving raises upon return from maternity/adoption leave: 15/15

  • Proportion of women and men among the top 10 highest salaries: 0/10

In accordance with the law of December 24, 2021, publication of representation gaps in management positions:

  • Percentage of women and men among senior executives as defined by Article L.3111-2 of the Labor Code: incalculable

  • Percentage of women and men among all members of the governing bodies defined in Article 23-12-1 of the Commercial Code: women 14% and men 86%
